What we collect
Two kinds of data: the account details of the people who use PharmaTrack, and the temperature records they enter.
Account data — name, work email, pharmacy, role, and login history.
Record data — temperature value, fridge, timestamp, and the staff member who entered it.
Technical data — browser type, IP address, and error logs used to keep the service running.
Why we hold it
Temperature records exist to prove cold-chain compliance, so they are kept intact and attributable. We do not use them for advertising, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
Records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for five years afterwards so that historic inspections can still be answered. You can request earlier deletion of anything not required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@pharmatrack.online and we respond within 30 days.
