The service
PharmaTrack provides a private account in which your staff record refrigerator temperatures. The physical measurement remains the pharmacy's responsibility; we store, timestamp, and present what is entered.
Accounts and staff
Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts. The pharmacy is responsible for who it invites and for removing access when someone leaves. Credentials must not be shared.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; the account stays open until the end of the paid month. Sensor hardware is charged once, at dispatch.
Availability and limits
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PharmaTrack is a record-keeping tool: it is not a medical device and does not itself control or certify refrigeration.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time and export your records first. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse, with notice wherever possible.
